Honestly! You would think that we had just invented some weird request just to stump them – the way that our internet service provider is behaving!!! We have asked them – very politely – to help us move our website from one place to another – but no – it appears that we have a hundred hoops to jump through first!
In the meantime, we have been getting along with life – the weather is beautiful in North Queensland and all our activities are in full swing. The Intake and Assessent Team has settled into their new roles and Susan is back from maternity leave, so our CSO’s are back to full numbers. Big Thanks to Rebecca for filling in for Susan.
I am knee deep in paperwork -working on the annual budget, service delivery budget and reviewing the Governance, Policies and Procedures – what fun!
Just a quick heads upto Parents, families and/or individuals of our service:
You will get calls over the next month from your Team Leaders who are helping me to formulate the service delivery budget for the next financial year. They will need to ask you about your family needs and any out of the ordinary things that you can forsee – or circumstances where you might need additional service delivery. We collect that information, which is all confidential, and work out ways that we might be able to help you.
Hopefully, I will be able to announce the relaunch of our website in the next week – but don’t hold your breath!! You will eventually be able to find us on www.bflexi.com
