Phone us for the Flexi Cruise News #2 for 2011 – it gives you all the up to date information about the Flexi Cruises for this year!

We use Harvey World Travel in Ayr – who are really familiar with our needs and we work very closely with them, so if you have any questions about the Cruises, accommodation or how your specific needs will be accommodated, call and speak to Kirsten (61 7 4783 2122).

Our aim is to support people to take a holiday. We are happy to work with other agencies, families and parents because we really want to create a memorable time for the service users – our Cruisers. We make every opportunity for our Flexi Cruisers to meet each other – in person or via Skype – before we get on Board – so no-one feels like a stranger.

Our previous partners in developing and attending these holidays have been SOLAS, Cootharinga, Endeavour Foundation and the Dept of Communities (Disability and Community Care) and we thanks them for their support and encouragement.

We continue to have the cheapest and best supported holidays available to people with disabilities and in order to continue we are always looking for volunteers to help us. Volunteers travel free but must be prepared to work during the trip – although I do try to give everyone a break.  (If you would like to volunteer or would like further information please contact us separately.)

Flexi Holiday Plan 2011 Please note that the Land tour of New Zealand has been cancelled for this year, for obvious reasons. We hope to schedule another Flexi Snow Holiday next year.

PLEASE NOTE: Holidays can be ‘paid off’ – but firm bookings MUST be made with a non refundable deposit of $200.

Flexi Holidays is NOT a travel agency, we are a disability organisation. We are a registered Charity and Non-Profit Organisation and we have been in business for around 18 years. We believe that everyone should be able to live, love and have wonderful holidays.

We do NOT go around in a huge group. Our qualified support staff have a ratio of around 3 service users each; so we can pursue individual interests and age appropriate activities at the individual’ own pace.

If your needs are higher than 1:3 please talk to us we still want to help! There are lots of ways we can work to help minimise cost increases, but you do need to understand that your costs might increase depending on your needs.
Totally inclusive of all expenses including support staff but not: passports, medical/travel insurance, souvenirs, activities and incidental spending money.

All of these holidays are subject to changes brought about by changes in the services that we use. To ensure we cover expenses, we need to have a minimum number of participants and we reserve the right to cancel any trip and give you a refund.

Please take out travel insurance as we will not provide refunds if you cancel for any reason.

Regards

Brenda-Anne
